The 1st International Congress of Dental and Oral Infection will be held in Sakarya University Culture and Congress Center between September 7-9, 2018.
Our congress aims to draw attention to the dental and oral infections in all areas of dentistry and to the rational and correct use of the preferred agents in the treatment of these infections. Among the main topics of congress are; oral microbiota, systemic and metabolic diseases caused by oral microbiota, current treatment methods in dental and oral infections, antibiotic and chemotherapeutic choice, infection control in implant treatment, sterilization and disinfection in dental practice, concept of central sterilization units, infection surveillance, cross contaminations and so on.
There will be valuable speakers from the national and international institutes, and their experiences and contributions will build up a scientific atmosphere in our congress. We gladly welcomed participants from Turkey and around the World. In addition, first 50 registered clinicians will have a chance to invite a/an technician or assistant to participate in CERTIFIED "Clinical Sterilization, Disinfection and Antisepsis in Dentistry” training for free of charge.
You will also be able to submit abstract in English or in Turkish, for oral and poster presentations. Accepted submissions will be published as a supplement in Journal of Biotechnology and Strategic Health Research.
In addition, on the first day of the congress, practical courses will be organized on trend topics in clinical practice and aesthetic dentistry.
You will have chance to taste delicious Sakarya and Turkish cuisine at the Gala dinner. On the last day of the congress, "Sapanca trip" will be organized, in this trip you will feel the unique climate and nature of Sapanca and you will enjoy your lunch.
